HOW WE DELIVER THE WHEELCHAIR AND WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

Once you have made the payment, we prepare the wheelchair in the following way so as not to have problems with transportation:
1- We photograph the wheelchair and send you the photos via Whats app or e-mail, so you can see and check that the wheelchair's condition is perfect for use.
2- We fold the wheelchair and tie it with four flanges so that it can not be opened during transport, we protect the sides with bubble wrap and the footrests are also tied with flanges. Inside the seat you will find four other flanges that are for you,allowing you to do the same producer when you return the wheelchair.
3- The transporter picks up (CORREOS/ Postal Service) in our warehouse and within 24/48 hours they should deliver it to YOUR ADDRESS.
4.- When the chair is delivered you have the obligation to check it and see that it coincides exactly witch what was is in the picture you received by Whats app.
5- If there is any damage when they deliver the wheelchair TAKE TWO PHOTOGRAPHS and send them to us by Whats app immediately, in this way the person in charge is the carrier/ Delivery Service (CORREOS, who has your insurance) and not you.
6- Make use of the wheelchair the time you have hired it.
7- To return the wheelchair, notify us the day before asking the carrier to go to your home in the time slot you tell us.
8-Take the photographs of the wheelchair and send them to us by Whats app, in this way we know that the wheelchair is in perfect condition.
9-Tie the wheelchair with the flanges and cover the sides with bubble wrap.
10- Hand the wheelchair to the carrier
11- Tell us how you want us to return your BOND/ Deposit
